The Flagship Business Law Journals
Business law journals cover corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, bankruptcy, and commercial law. Some are specialty journals at law schools; others are practitioner-facing publications produced by bar sections.
Widely cited titles in the field include the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, the Journal of Corporation Law, and the American Bar Association's The Business Lawyer. Delaware's outsized role in corporate law gives its corporate-law scholarship particular influence.
